Shipping and Handling
Product prices do not include PST/GST, delivery, or shipping and handling. All of these are handled at checkout.
We reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value, according to product availability.

Within Winnipeg's Perimeter Orders
All orders within Winnipeg's perimeter will be hand delivered by FETCH or a local courier. The cost of the delivery is $8.00 for orders under $50.00, and is free for orders above that amount. All products will be appropriately packaged to ensure the safe delivery of your purchase. Please allow up to 4 business days for your purchase to be delivered.
For purchases intended as gifts to be delivered to another person, we require the name and phone number of the person the product(s) is to be delivered to. See "Local Delivery of Product" below.
Canada Wide Shipping!
All orders outside of Winnipeg's perimeter will be shipped using Canada Post. Your purchase may take up to 2 or more business days from the time of shipment, unless indicated otherwise. All products are securely packaged to allow for safe delivery. FETCH is not responsible for any damages or non-delivery of products if the intended recipient is not there to receive the package, or incomplete/inaccurate address information was provided at the time the order was placed.
Local Delivery of Product
Local delivery of products require a telephone number for the recipient. If no one is at home when we attempt delivery, our drivers will call the product recipient to see where they can safely leave the package. If no one can be reached, the driver will leave the package at a safe place without obtaining a signature. If the gift cannot be left safely and no one can accept the delivery, the package will be returned to FETCH for redelivery. A redelivery charge of $20.00 will be charged to your credit card. Delivery to commercial locations must include suite and floor number.
All TOBAs and individual products are considered Final Sale items, such that once they are out for delivery, they cannot be returned for any form of refund. The only exception to this policy is when a product is damaged during shipping, in which case you must contact us at 204-488-4038 to open a claim.
All product is securely packaged to allow for safe delivery. FETCH is not responsible for any damages or non-delivery of products if the intended recipient is not there to receive the package, or incomplete or inaccurate address information was provided at the time the order was placed. Once your package leaves our hands and is accepted by a carrier, FETCH is no longer held liable for damages caused by delivery delays due to weather, carrier malfunctions and the like.
Any replacement claims for non-delivery must be made within 7 days of the delivery date to be considered eligible for replacement. We retain proof of delivery slips for 7 days after the expected date. After this 7 day period, replacements for non-delivery will not be considered or investigated.
Same Day Shipping
At the current time, we do not offer same day shipping from date of order. However, next day is available for small orders. Please consider this when placing larger orders. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day. For orders requiring a specific delivery date, please phone us and arrange the details.
